STEEP for USES :
disconnect from internet.
1. extract ur PD-PROXY
run PD-Proxy.exe
it will install some driver... after done,
select server n Protocol : SEMO SERVER => UDP
type username n ur password

click on SETTING, click on "CLick here to Show Advance Setting"
on PROTO OPTION : TCP Port 443; UDP Server port set 53
on PARENT PTOXY : 10.102.61.46 ; port 8080
BACK
2. connected to ur internet modem as usually (from dial up or ur modem aplication)
3. BACK to ur PD-PROXY, just click CONNECT.

u can START BROWSING NOW>>>>>>
HOW it work?????
when u type /start browsing.... it will relay to PD-PROXY

if u using CDMA (SMartFren), it IP PROXY above doesn't work,
u can using other proxy that Accepted by Smartfren,like :
: Proxy : 10.20.27.250
Port : 8080
